Service Description
1. Payment Deadline: All fees must be paid in full at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled testing date. No exceptions. 2. Accepted Payment Methods: While we recognize that some members prefer to pay by cash, all payments—regardless of method—must still meet the 72-hour deadline to confirm your spot. 3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must also be submitted no later than 72 hours before the testing date in order to be eligible for a refund or credit. Late cancellations will result in forfeited fees.

Cancellation Policy
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. If you have to cancel your class, we will fully refund your deposit (or cost of course) when cancelled before the 48 hours. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 48 hours, you will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.
